Remove and replace approximately 1,650 square feet of modified bitumen built up roof roofing system and appurtenances at Low Lift Pump Station #2 located at 631 Edgemere Drive in the Town of Greece and install approximately 1,150 square feet of metal standing seam roof system and appurtenances at Shetler Road Pump Station located at 9342 Shetler Road in the Town of Richmond. The Operations Center is currently closed to the public. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's Bid price, and in the form of a Bid bond in a form and from a Surety acceptable to the Authority, to the favor of the Authority, or a certified check made payable to the Monroe County Water Authority. Pursuant to Article 6 of the General Conditions, the successful Bidder, before executing the Contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond ("Payment Bond") to the satisfaction of the Authority, both in the sum of the full amount of the Contract, to insure the faithful performance of the Work. Pursuant to N.Y. Public Auth. L. 1108, the Authority may require such other security as it deems necessary, as set forth in the Supplemental Conditions.
