TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR The Township is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide the above goods and services in accordance with the specifications or Township approved equivalent. The Township reserves the right to award a contract with one or more individuals or firms. Vendors must fill out the specifications request form on the Township website. The complete bid package will be forwarded via email. The entire section of the Bid proposal package (refer to: submission requirements) is to be returned completed. All proposals must be made upon the proposal forms attached hereto and should give the unit price in figures and the total price for both in words and in figures, and must be signed and acknowledged by the Vendor, in accordance with the specifications. The Township of Montclair reserves the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt and reserved the right to waive any informalities, to accept a bid which is deemed most favorable to the interest of the Township, to make an award on each item separately or as a whole, and to accept any bid or to reject any or all of them in accordance with the specifications and current New jersey state and federal regulations. Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, and all other federal, NJ state and local applicable laws.
