Construction of a new Gravity Sewer Line near Martin Road and Church Road in Cumming, Ga The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms for Construction of a new Gravity Sewer Line near Martin Road and Church Road in Cumming, Ga. All questions are to be directed to Greg Bridges, Procurement Agent III, Forsyth County Procurement Department (email: GEBridges@forsythco.com). All questions are to be received not later than ten (10) business days before the Qualification due date. Responses to substantive questions will be provided as written Addendum and will be posted upon the Forsyth County website This project will consist of construction of a new gravity sewer line near Martin Road and Church Road in Cumming, Georgia. This includes installation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron or PVC sewer pipe, sewer manholes, connections to existing piping proposed outlets for future connections at project limits, and all other necessary appurtenances. The purpose of the new sewer line extension is to provide sewer services to future development projects. All work is to be completed within 120 calendar days of issuance of Notice to Proceed.
