This project is to upgrade AHU T-1 with a reliable system in order to meet the buildings functional needs and energy requirements. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
