This PROJECT consists of 4 separate work sites with each involving the removal and replacement of existing span structure culverts. Each existing structure is 12-16' in length with some being concrete slabs and others being steel beam spans with concrete decks. The proposed structures include 2-18' reinforced concrete spans, a 40' steel beam span, and a 2-8'x8' RCB. Specific work items are removal of existing structures, dirt/rock excavation, grading, hauling, compaction of earthwork, reinforced concrete forming/placement, hanging steel beams, backfilling, guard fence installation, guard fence attachment to structure, riprap placement, concrete approach slabs, aggregate surfacing, traffic control and permanent seeding. One contract to a single Contractor shall be awarded for the overall Project, which is comprised of all 4 work sites.
