Supply and install 2- 16"x16"x8' brick or stone columns with stone caps 3. Supply and install H-frame steel support set in concrete, fabricated, welded and painted black 4. Supply and install 2- 18"x72" backlit LED sign cabinets, painted black with Lexan faces and black H/P vinyl copy to read "Newstead Town Hall" 5. Quote to supply and install twin Watchfire (or USA made & manufactured equivalent) message center 3'H x 6'W x 10mm 6. Quote to supply and install twin Watchfire (or USA made & manufactured equivalent) message center 3'H x 6'W x 8mm 7. Supply design and layouts of the above. 8. Watchfire (or USA made equivalent) Message Center should include lifetime 4G wireless cellular data plan, 5-year full parts warranty, lifetime technical support from USA based company, lifetime art upgrades, web-based online software training from Watchfire (or USA made equivalent), and 1-hour on-site set up and tutorial on installation day. 9. All electrical service and setup will be performed by Town of Newstead contractor with contractor to be on-site the day of excavation and day of installation. Each bidder's attention is called to General Municipal Law, which requires a bidder's Certificate of Non-Collusion and Waiver of Immunity. Copies of such certificates are part of the Proposal Form and, unless complied with, this bid will not be accepted. This is a prevailing wage rate job. No bidder may withdraw their bid before the expiration of 45 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town of Newstead reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
