Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in St Charles, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Corporation of the Municipality of St.-Charles (the "Municipality") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for abatement, spray foam and ceiling reinstatement as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The St.-Charles Community Center provides a wide variety of services to the community. Built in the 1968 with few major renovations resulting in issues with: - high energy cost - building materials containing asbestos (see report) In order to address these concerns, renovations to the St.-Charles Community Center are needed. The general scope of the works is as follows: - Abatement (ceiling tiles only) - Removal of existing ceiling insulation and application of spray foam - Ceiling reinstatement Documents can be obtained at: https://stcharlesontario.ca/municipality/request-for-proposals/ Deadline for Questions: July 22, 2022 Award is subject to final approval.
