Eldorado Court Erosion Control and Slope Stabilization Project. The scope of work includes to stabilization of the valley slope at the rear portion of 9, 15 and 17 Eldorado Court to protect the residential dwellings at the top of slope. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the owner seeking qualified geotechnical & environmental engineering consultants. The awarded proponent will complete the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment the three properties on Eldorado Court and provide Detailed design for Erosion Control and Slope Stabilization Project. The consultant will develop a detailed design package to address slope instability and drainage issues behind three properties (9, 15, and 17) on Eldorado Court and prepare environmental site assessments for the land conveyances required the three properties in the City of Toronto. The detailed designs will be based on the TRCA preferred design concepts for each property. An award is expected on or around September 30, 2022. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by email to the RFP Coordinator by August 5, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
