The Nelson Street sanitary sewer improvement project will replace approximately 1,340 linear feet of existing sewer with 8" PVC sewer pipe. All sanitary services will also be replaced to the front of the sidewalk. Existing manholes will be replaced. Other work includes building a new roadway with new base course and asphalt pavement. Additional work includes the installation of driveway culverts, asphalt driveway aprons and landscape restoration.
