Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee specified in the estimate, in the form of a certified check made out to the order of the City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield or a tender bond issued by a surety company recognized by the 'Inspector General of Financial Institutions. To be considered, all tenders must be presented on the forms specially prepared for this purpose and must be contained in an envelope bearing the following mention: Call for tenders # 2022-47 - Development and planting of an urban wooded area The City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
