Install supplemental steel framing on top of existing standing seam metal panel roofs on Annex and Training Tower. C. Install insulation. D. Install standing seam metal panel roof covering. E. Install new sheet metal flashings at edges. F. Install new flashings at penetrations. G. Install new sheet metal gutters and downspouts. H. Install a new lightning protection system. I. Replace sealants in control joints in exterior masonry walls (Alternate). J. Supply specified manufacturer and contractor warranties. PROPOSAL OPENING LOCATION: VILLAGE FIRE DEPARTMENT 901 CORBINDALE HOUSTON, TEXAS 77024 Sealed proposals will be received until this time and will be publicly opened and read aloud. You are invited to attend the proposal opening. Any sealed proposal received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
