Renovation of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A. Requirements of Division 0 - Procurement and Contracting Requirements and Division 1 - General Requirements apply to every section contained in the Project Manual, and shall govern the execution of Work required by the Contract Documents. B. Provide everything necessary for and incidental to proper and satisfactory completion of all Work specified and indicated or shown in the Contract Documents. C. Project consists of construction of a new North Capitol Building at Utah State Capitol. This Bid Package #3 is for the following scopes of work on the New North Capitol Building Project. - Seismic Isolation - Design and Furnish Seismic Isolation Bearings. - Elevators - Supply and Install the Passenger and Freight elevators for the project. RFIs are due on 6/22/22. There will be no prebid meeting *This project has been updated for historical data and reference purposes. The information has been provided as it was received and confirmed.
