The Scope of Work for the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: B. Base Bid: 1. Provide site layout and surface preparations for (2) new facultative cells adjacent to the existing waste water lagoons at Norton Correctional Facility. 2. The lagoon system is being expanded with the addition of (2) 6 acre cells, each with approximately 5' water depth, earthen berms with concrete around water's edge for erosion control by Owner. 3. New lagoons are planned immediately adjacent to existing lagoons. C. Alternate Bid #1: 1. Contractor to provide all rock rip rap material for future installation by Owner. 2. Contractor to install soil berm and geotextile as noted for Owner installed rip rap. D. Alternate Bid #2: 1. Contractor shall install soil berm and geotextile as noted for installation of rip rap. 2. Contractor shall install concrete soil protection as detailed for each pipe penetration into lagoon cell. 3. Contractor shall provide and install all rip rap material as detailed. E. Alternate Bid #3: 1. To be determined
