Renovation of a municipal facility in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Department of Public Safety is seeking bids from vendors to upgrade the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Units at the Bryan District Office (BDO) at 2571 North Earl Rudder Freeway, Bryan TX 77803, per the specifications provided in the Statement of Work (SOW) Exhibit F.4. The job will require components replaced in one outside 20-ton air unit and the replacement of one 12-ton Air Handler unit, ten Heat Pump units, five Mini-Split units, and three Package Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) units.
