Litter fences are an important feature that contribute to the functionality and environmental permit requirements at the City of Lethbridge Waste & Recycling Center (W&RC). Cell and site expansion has increased the demand for more fencing, which is the purpose of this RFQ. The work to be done under this Contract consists of supplying all materials, equipment, products, labour, and transportation for construction of the project including, but not limited to: Undertake “Prime Contractor” responsibilities. Project management and coordination including suppliers and sub-contractors. General safeguarding of worksite. All contract surveying. Preparation and implementation of traffic accommodation plans, detours, and signage. Quality control. Erosion and sediment runoff control. Dust control. Mobilization and demobilization including transporting equipment to and from site. Supply and installation of screw anchors. Supply and installation of assorted pole and fence support hardware. Supply and installation of wire rope. Supply and installation of litter fence netting. Installation of OWNER supplied deer fence netting.
