As of August 04, 2022, this project was awarded to Corr Construction Services, Inc for $1,632,705.10. The Project consists of constructing approximately "Unclassified Excavation 784 CuYd, Asphalt Concrete Composite 212 Ton, Class A45 Concrete 276.9 CuYd, Reinforcing Steel 19,056 Lb, Epoxy Coated Reinforcing Steel 23,790 Lb, Type 101 Bridge Railing 168 Ft, Class B Riprap 618.8 Ton, Type B Drainage Fabric 580 SqYd and other various bid items". Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Any deficient Bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to hold all bids for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsible bid submitted by a responsible bidder for the aggregate sum of all bid items. One (1) Contract will be awarded for the work. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. In a separate envelope, attached to the bid envelope, provide a 5% bid security in accordance with the instructions to Bidders. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bid security and acknowledgements.
