The City of Bonne Terre, Missouri requests qualifications for engineering design services and construction inspection services to assist in proposed Wastewater System Improvement projects to be funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.Information provided to the City must include at a minimum: 1. The capacity and capablity of the firm to perform the work required to complete the proposed Wastewater System Improvement projects. Engineering Design and Construction Inspection services must be completed in a timely mannor that will allow construction of the project to be completed within a two-year period beginning at time of funding; 2. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm will respect to wastewater systems; 3. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; 4. The firms proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located; 5. References from previous clients of related work with the firm; 6. Documentation of compliance with E-Verify requirements. The firm will be selected based on the above qualifications.
