Provide a Base Bid Price for the combined scope of work for the relocation of electrical floor boxes, and removal/installation of carpet to allow for new workstation replacement in section of office space located on Level 3. Work is located at the Taxation Data Centre, located at 1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury ON. Refer to consultant generated plans and specifications for further detailed scope of work. *Please note, the pricing submission on Merx must be for the full scope (both projects). Scope does NOT include removal/installation of any workstations themselves. Such work will be done by others, but successful GC for this tender will be required to assume 'Constructor' role for site (which will consist of separate vendors who will require access to the site for i) removal of existing workstations, ii) re-installation of some existing workstations (qty. 98), and iii) installation of new workstations).
