Renovation of a municipal facility in Belfast, Maine. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 19, 2022, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. The owners of the building located at 15-19 Main Street, Belfast, Maine, seek qualified vendors to provide bids for the following services: Installation of a restored or replicated front façade entrance portico and repointing work on all sides of the building (the full bid package contains additional information regarding this scope of work). This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply for this project. Questions regarding this project can also be directed to Ms. LaRochelle. Bids submitted by e-mail or fax will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place immediately following the bid deadline and will be open to the public. The City of Belfast reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
