Amendment 1 Attached is the updated RFQ and SOW. Changes are all in red font. The 502d Contracting Squadron (1655 Selfridge Ave., Building 5450, JBSA Lackland, TX 78236) is issuing a solicitation for Vertical Stack Doors Maintenance/Repair for building 4055 at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, TX. NOTE: INTERESTED VENDORS PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing responses to: Mr. Jaime Martinez, jaime.martinez.9@us.af.mil. Questions are due at 12:00pm CST on 13 July 2022. Quotes are due no later than 10:00am CST, 19 July 2022 (or sooner) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. Please provide a quote for the line items listed below. Failure to quote on all CLINs may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration. (Please include shipping and delivery within the line item provided below. Do not list shipping and delivery charges separately.) Vertical Lift Stack Door Maintenance/Repair Contractor price shall include all associated costs to maintain and repair a quantity of 44 vertical stack doors as detailed in and in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW)Mandatory Registrations. To be eligible for award, registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) must be current. To register or update former CCR and Reps & Certs that are not current go to https://www.sam.gov/content/entity-registration and provide mandatory information. 5. Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services (May 2022), shall be filled-in by contractor as prescribed in clause. Contractor can find full text of clause at www.acquisition.gov 6. Invoices. All invoices must be submitted electronically through WAWF (Wide Area WorkFlow) as detailed under clause 252.232-7006. Payment will not be made to awardee until all Vertical Stack Lift Doors are fully repaired IAW SOW. There will be no exceptions to this payment detail. 7. Questions/Concerns. Late questions and or concerns will not reviewed nor considered. 8. Site Visit. Only one site visit shall be conducted for this acquisition. The site visit is not mandatory but is highly recommended in order for the prospective quoters to visually inspect the location for the maintenance and repair of the Vertical Stack Doors. This visit is scheduled for 9:00am on 12 July 2022 (Tues.) at the Fort Sam Houston Visitor Center, located at 892 Hood Street, San Antonio, TX 78208. Please arrive 30 minutes early to check-in with the visitor center desk and receive your base pass, if necessary. Visit will NOT be delayed for late attendees. After receiving your base pass, see Mr. Jaime Martinez outside the Visitor Center entrance to receive a briefing and directions to the site. If you are running late or lost, please call Mr. Martinez at 830-507-3838 for directions to site. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make, payments for any preliminary measurement, quotes, bids, site visit, time or proposal cost incurred.
