Project Identification: Project generally consists of the repairs to the Interior of the Building of the existing building located at 3551 Avenue C in Lake Charles, LA that was damaged in Hurricane Laura. The Work of this Contract is Phase 2. Repairs to the Exterior envelope were part of a previous project labeled Phase 1. General Scope of Work: 1. Sawcut and remove portion of existing concrete foundation for installation of new plumbing. Patch concrete slab. 2. Furnish and Install framing for interior partitions as required including gypsum board and finishing. 3. Furnish and install cabinetry for coffee bar. 4. Provide suspended ceiling grid and tile as required. 5. Provide resilient flooring including rubber base and resilient accessories as required. Contractor to grind and patch existing concrete for a smooth surface as required prior to installation of new flooring. 6. Provide hollow metal door frames and plastic laminate clad doors at interior (5 required). 7. Provide signage for 2 restrooms and 3 exits. 8. Provide restroom accessories as required for 2 restrooms. 9. Provide fire extinguishers and cabinet as required. 10. Provide HVAC including Air Handling Units with Electric strip heating, Condensing Units, controls, exhaust fans, duct work, etc. as required. 11. Provide plumbing for 2 restrooms, utility sink, coffee bar, water heater and drinking fountain as required. 12. Install Electrical Utility Service back to building. 13.
