Site work for a road / highway in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Selective demolition includes but not limited to: .1 The careful removal and disposal of existing earth at the scope of work areas identified in drawing to the extent allowed to perform the work. .2 Removal and disposal of existing geotextile, insulation, membrane and concrete at the parking garage roof slab at the foundation wall to the extent shown on drawing S101 – Photo. .3 The careful cutting, removal and disposal of the concrete slab and concrete foundation wall as outlined in the project scope of work area. Provide the necessary engineered structural support. Shoring design by contractor. .2 Supply and installation structural, reinforced concrete slab and concrete foundation complete with the proper expansion joint detailing. .3 Supply and installation waterproofing membrane assembly per project specification and details. .4 Reinstate earth and overburden per project specification and details. .5 Conduct the repairs at the interior of the parking garage to match original conditions. .6 Repairs and work to remaining hard and soft landscaping impacted by the project to match original conditions.
