Building A Storefront Window Replacement Phase 2 The Trade Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for a 110% Performance Bond and a 110% Labor and Material Payment Bond. The bonds are to be delivered within 10 days of receipt of a purchase order and execution of this agreement. A certified check or bank draft or bid bond, made payable to Joliet Junior College District #525, Will County, Illinois, MUST be submitted with the bid in the amount of ten (10) percent of your total bid. Joliet Junior College reserves the right to reject any proposal if it is determined that the bidder is not properly qualified to carry out the obligation of the contract.
