No bids were received, owner is still deciding if this will re-bid in the future. This project is for the renovation of what use to be called the Coastal Inn and Suites at 665 L Street in Crescent City. This building is currently occupied. The awarded bidder will be working in 4 phases to remodel the units. The work this will entail but is not limited to: Remodeling guest rooms including addition of kitchenettes to each room Remodel lobby to add new office. Decommission the Pool, demolish the floor in the pool house add new concrete floor and add new community space Make accessibility improvements to site Add new fire sprinklers system to building to bring up to code Add new fire alarm system to building. Project Location. The Legacy located at 665 L Street, Crescent City, Del Norte County, California. As referenced in Exhibit A. Contractor shall perform and complete all Work under this Contract within one hundred and eighty-three (183) working days
