Comprehensive Modernization Work - 2021/2022 Capital Fund Program for Project 86-1 The STRATFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY will receive sealed proposals until the date and time stated above for the 2021/2022 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM for project 86-1 consisting of removal and replacement of breaker panels and related work as described at selected units of housing located in Stratford, Oklahoma. Bids will be submitted for all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to accomplish the described work and other related miscellaneous work. Bidders packets containing drawings, details and specifications, together with all other necessary form documents for bidders may be secured from REDLAND CHILDERS ARCHITECTS, P.C. at 413 W. 12th Street, Ada, Oklahoma (580) 436-0770 or viewed on line 2021/2022 Capital Fund Program Stratford Housing Authority Project Number OK56P08650121/2022 Offices located 10 Drake Street Stratford, Oklahoma 74872 Bid Security in the form of a certified check or bank draft payable to the Stratford Housing Authority, U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities are retained until the contract is awarded. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by required bid security, or other data required to be submitted with the bid, or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular or non-conforming. It is the intent of the Housing Authority to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder provided the bid does not exceed the funds available. The Housing Authority shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids and to accept the bid that, in its judgment, is in its own best interest. This contract is subject to the conditions of Executive Order 11246, which prohibits discrimination in employment because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin on federal or federally assisted construction contracts.
