Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish and deliver FOB, Lincoln, Nebraska one (1) 115kV GRD WYE/66.4kV MVA Transformer per LES Specification S-22-03 included in this bid solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Equipment Contract, and 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation, 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Clarification Deadline: 7/27/2022 4:00 PM
