The Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA) is soliciting competitive bids for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the MODULE 6 EXCAVATION project. WPWMA has estimated cost of the Work to be $11,343,000. The Work generally consists of excavation of approximately 1,719,000 cubic yards (CY) of soil, stockpiling approximately 967,000 CY of soil on top of a closed, onsite landfill, and either exporting offsite for the Contractor's use or stockpiling onsite approximately 752,000 CY of soil in a second, onsite location, establishing and maintaining temporary stormwater and dust control measures, and establishing permanent stormwater quality control piping and appurtenances and erosion control measures.
