furnish and place approximately 36280 SY of bituminous seal coat double application and furnish and place approximately 5442 GAL of Fog Seal material. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Township, accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract and be in a sealed envelope marked Seal Coat Bid Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract and proof of workers compensation and liability insurance will be required within 15 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid. All work and material must meet current PA Dept of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality within.
