Melissa Public Safety Headquarters project Crossland has been hired by the City of Melissa as the Construction Manager-at-Risk and has been providing Preconstruction Services for the past year. This project includes a new 13,616 SF 3-bay Fire Station and a single-story 22,099 SF Police Station & Municipal Courts building on a 9.42 acre greenfield site. Construction is anticipated to begin in September 2022 with a 14 month duration. Crossland does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, or national origin and encourages and invites all DBE/MBE/WBE/LBE companies to submit bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
