Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of rehabilitation of up to 4 existing bolted steel storage tanks. The prospective bidder s attention is directed to the Bid Documents where detailed instruction and provisions are contained concerning bidding requirements, bonds, insurance, and other Project requirements. As outlined in the Instructions to Bidders, bids must be accompanied by an acceptable bid security payable to the Owner equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. If awarded the construction contract, Contractor will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds.
