Estimated contract duration without options (in month): 5 The Ministère des Forêts, de la Faune et des Parcs is responsible for sites listed as environmental liabilities located within the boundaries of existing national parks or national park projects. The Nibiischii National Park project, located north of Mistissini in the Nord-du-Québec region, has six (6) sites for which past activities could have contaminated soil and groundwater. This call for tenders aims to obtain professional services for the conduct of a Phase I environmental site assessment (Phase I ESA) for these six (6) sites. The work should also include the preparation of specifications, including a detailed schedule, which will be used to carry out the subsequent Phase II ESA. This contract will begin on the date of signature by both parties and end no later than December 31, 2022. The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.14 and 3.15 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of eligibility of service providers and compliance of tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders.
