The project shall consist of: Replace an aging low-water crossing with new single-span concrete box beam bridge. Missouri Law, 292.675 RSMO, requires any awarded contractor and its subcontractor(s) to provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Construction Safety Program for their on-site employees. The Owner must award the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, however the owner may reject all bids. All bidders are required to use the pre-qualification process outlined by MoDOT. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
