The CARROLL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, as "Owner" or the "County," is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing design professional services for a project to finish the vacant 5th floor the Court House located at 311 Newnan Street, Carrollton, Georgia (the "Court House"), as well as to renovate portions of the Court House, a portion of the Magistrate Court building located at 166 Independence Drive, Carrollton, Georgia (the "Magistrate Court Building"), and the Jail courtroom located 1000 Newnan Road, Carrollton, Georgia. These Instructions ("Instructions") seeks to select the most qualified provider of the above-mentioned services.
