As of August 16, 2022, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The site is located 1.03 miles west of the main intersection of US Highway 64 and US Highway 491 at Shiprock, New Mexico. The work includes the construction of general grading for access road/building/parking pads, and primary underground utilities. The construction contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis. Bidders are subject to the Navajo Nation Business Preference Law; Title 5, Navajo Tribal Code, Section 201 through 218 and other applicable Navajo Nation Laws. No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of 90 days after the date of opening thereof. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount is required.
