As of January 23, 2024, General Contractor is awaiting GMP approval. A CM/GC has been selected. Construction is expected to start in July of 2024. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia ("BOR") as ("Owner"), on behalf of Augusta University("AU"), ("User") is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing professional design services for the construction of a project known as Project No. J-395, "Central Energy Plant Upgrades" at Augusta University, Augusta, Georgia.
