CITY OF ATHENS, ALABAMA The Project generally consists of process piping improvements at the wastewater treatment plant and includes providing the Owner with a new 20-inch forcemain from the existing influent pump station discharge header to the existing headworks. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in Article 3.01 of the Bid Form to verify receipt. Bid Form shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Qualifications Statement, and a certification of compliance with the E-Verify program per Alabama Act 2012-491. Deadline for questions is 48 hours prior to bid opening, which is Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM (CST).
