1). Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and etc. Necessary for the delivery and construction for the proposed Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center (KCPC), Yard Fence Addition, La Grange, Kentucky - Oldham County. 2). New Work - install approximately (268) linear feet of new high security chain link fence all in accordance with the plans and specifications. The new fence design consists of, but not limited to: a continuous, (10) foot tall, security chain link fence with a continuous bottom rail, intermediate rail and top rail. The top of the fence shall have an additional (2) foot tall "y" strut support system for (1), (24) inch diameter continuous stainless steel razor ribbon wire supported by cables. The foundation for the corner and intermediate fence posts shall be drilled concrete piers. A continuous (12" wide by 24" deep) concrete rat wall shall be designed in between the piers. all mesh fabric shall be embedded into the rat wall. the red zone shall have approximately (2412) square foot of (4) inch reinforced concrete over (4) inch dense grade aggregate fill. On the existing fence within the red zone, approximately (268) linear feet of (30) inch diameter stainless steel razor ribbon wire followed by (2) rows of (268) linear feet of (24) inch diameter razor wire shall cascade at the bottom of the existing fence. a (4) foot wide personnel gate shall be added to the end of the red zone for access.
