Documents may be secured electronically upon request by email to Bids@CenterStateEngieering.com until forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time set for the opening of the Bids. Sealed bids will be received when called for by the Purchasing Agent or their designee at the time and place set forth above in this Notice. Said Bids can be mailed or hand delivered to the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 260 High Street, Perth Amboy, NJ prior to the date and time stated. THE CITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERY BY ANY COURIER OR THE POSTAL SERVICE.
