All Qualification packages must be mailed, or hand delivered. Qualification packages sent by email, facsimile or telephone will not be accepted. It is recommended that each sealed package be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Courthouse 17th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-delivered, bids must be left in the bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Bin access is Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the package to be received at the Division of Purchasing later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. Responsible Contractors are required to comply with the requirements set forth at N.J.A.C. 17:46-1 et seq., where applicable.
