Scope of work includes labor, materials, and services required to produce a completed installation which is acceptable to the agency. Before this contract is acceptable and complete, successful bidder shall clean up and remove from the premise all debris resulting from his work, and shall see to it that all the items furnished are left in good order, clean, and properly installed. At the option of the state of Louisiana and acceptance by the contractor, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty-six (36) months. It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The State of Louisiana reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award.
