The North Second Avenue Shoulder Improvements (TRF0427; HSIPSL 5203(054)) includes the removing and replacing the guardrail and dike along the easterly frontage of North Second Avenue. The scope of this project also includes traffic control, signing and striping, pavement improvements, stormwater compliance, clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal of existing improvements, and protection and restoration of existing improvements. All labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the project shall be included for all construction bid items listed for this project.
