Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Redwood City, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and office development.

The work consists generally of removing and disposing of existing desk and countertop, per Project Drawings. Contractor shall supply and install new ADA height reception desk, standing height reception desk, new cabinetry, and partial height walls per project drawings. Contractor shall also re-face existing cabinets to match new front cabinets. Contractor shall supply and install all others items as outlined in project drawings provided by the City including: countertops, new transaction window, sliding window system, doors, drawers, and shelving. Bidders must submit Document 00 4313 (Bond Accompanying Bid) accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check (certified without qualification and drawn on a solvent bank of the State of California or a National Bank doing business in the State of California) or completed form of Document 00 4313 of not less than 10% of the base Bid, payable to City and completed in accordance with the provisions of Document 00 4313. If the Project described in Document 00 1113 (Notice Inviting Bids) involves an expenditure in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), the successful Bidder must file a payment bond with and approved by City prior to entering upon the performance of the Work, in accordance with Civil Code Section 9550, et seq. Wage Rates: City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. City may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids.
