Prospective Bidders and all interested parties interested in accessing the plans, specifications, terms and conditions, proposals, and addenda must be registered as a Public Purchase Vendor, Hawaii Region, and Hawaii County Agency. Confidential material shall be readily separable from the bid in order to facilitate public inspection of the non-confidential portion of the bid. This project generally consists of GRP slope restoration, repair of damaged concrete bridge railings, roadway restoration/reconstruction, roadway signing and striping, erosion control and BMP measures, and other related improvements, and incidental construction in accordance with the plans and specifications. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawai'i, General Contractor's "A" license. See Special Notice to Bidders for licensing requirements.
