Meetings were held with DPW leadership to discuss all other vehicle options and DPW advised against the use of a JOC and /or Satoc program. The MATOC program shall allow for timely and essential repair parts, components and general hardware required. The MATOC requirement shall only order services solely for Directorate of Public Works (DPW) on the Fort Bragg Installation. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, services, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items in order to deliver the services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The resultant contract w ill be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction A. This acquisition is restricted to 100% HUB Zone. Business concerns.. B. The assisgned NAICS Code is 236220, "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction" w ith a small business size standard of $39.5 million. C. The MATOC is to based on a general Statement of Work (SOW) further defined in individual Task Orders. D. The number of contracts that may be aw arded as a result of this solicitation shall not exceed Eight (8). E. The estimated program value for all task orders to be placed over the four (4) year ordering period of the resulting contract w ill be $7.2 million.the program ceiling is $7.2 million. F. The estimated Magnitude of the Seed Project is betw een $2,000 - $25,000. G. The minimum dollar value of each task order is $2,000.00. H. The maximum dollar value of each task order is $25,000. I.
