Renovation of a municipal facility in Forestburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Forestburgh, Sullivan County, New York will receive sealed bids for the following: TOWN HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT Site Location: 332 King, Forestburgh, New York 12777. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "Town Hall Roof Replacement"o. The project is subject to New York State prevailing wage requirements. All bids must include a prevailing wage statement and must be accompanied by a statement of Non-Collusion as required by 103 of the General Municipal Law. The Town Board of the Town of Forestburgh reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to re-advertise for new bids in its sole discretion.
