Renovation of a transportation facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This renovation in Calgary, AB aims to address the replacement of HVAC equipment at the end of its useful life at the Calgary Airport Government of Canada building. The building was constructed in 1986 and is roughly 1547m2. Project scope includes demolition of and providing heating equipment, air conditioning equipment, air handling unit, and make up air unit. Pump replacement, recirculation pump replacement, sump pump replacement, necessary re-routing of ducting, wiring, devices and insulation as required. This renovation will also include replacement of water heater, relocation and upgrades to the Building Management System, and associated electrical and controls work with the above. It includes some targeted partition demolition, refrigerant work, chain link fence, vents, grilles and louvres, thermostats, testing, balancing and set-point fine-tuning/commissioning.
