The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water ("State") is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of a subdivision project within the Unorganized Borough. ASLS 20220008 shall contain 17 parcels ranging from 5 to 20 acres each. PLEASE NOTE: It is the proposer's responsibility to read the entire contents of this RFP and to provide a responsive proposal. Please pay particular attention to the sections on: Project Schedule (page 5), Scope of Work (pages 6), Proposal Format (pages 12), and. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTD number at 907- 269-8411 not later than 10 calendar days prior to the bid closing date to make necessary arrangements. Total expected costs to complete this project are estimated to be approximately $80,000-$82,000.
