The owner has selected a Design Builder.  Scope of work: This project entails providing each of the IMT closets in the IHP Building with two new column type distribution panels. One of the panels will be for Normal Power and the other will be for e-Power. Two feeders will be installed from the PDU in the penthouse down through each successive closet. The panels will tap into these feeders. The panels will have their own main service disconnect. The goal of the project is to provide each closet with the power it requires for the next ten years. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
