Sealed responses to a Request for Proposals will be received at the Beavercreek Township Fire Department for the following improvements: Removal of current self-supporting antenna tower and installation of new self-supporting antenna tower with networking hardware and installation The project will consist of the following: 1. Removal of all networking hardware from currently installed antenna 2. Removal and disposal of currently erected tower on site 3. The purchase, delivery, and erection of one (1) self-supporting antenna tower 4. Installation of all removed and replacement networking equipment Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit payable to Beavercreek Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, or by a bond for the full amount of the bid, conditioned that if such bid is accepted a contract will be promptly entered into and the performance thereof properly secured and that an approved surety bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the entire proposal will be furnished for the faithful performance of the contract. All bonds are to be executed in full compliance with Ohio Revised Code 153.54. Bidders must state separate prices for labor, materials, and total price. All work under this contract must be completed no later than March 31, 2022. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt. The Beavercreek Township Trustees reserve the right to refuse any bids or proposals and award the contract in the best interest of Beavercreek Township. Further, the Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids or proposals to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or proposal and to discuss the bid or proposal with Bidders after opening bids.
