Legal description of pit is NE 1/4 less R/W & N 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 34; Lot 4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 less R/W; SW 1/4 less R/W; W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 27; & Sections 35: T103N - R77W, Tripp County and is approximately 8 miles west and 14 miles north of Winner, SD. The name and address of the bidder shall be plainly marked on the envelope containing the bid. Please note bid shall be in seven copies to speed up reading of all bids. Bids shall be returned to the Auditor's office at 200 E. 3rd St., Winner, SD 57580 or to the Tripp County Highway Dept., PO Box 548, 31596 Tripp Ave., Winner, SD 57580 before the bid opening date/time. No bid checks or bid bonds will be required in the bidding process. The Board of Commissioners of Tripp County reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to accept a bid other than the lowest if deemed in the best interest of Tripp County to do so.
